Today, i'm back to the office again, after 3 days in the seminar, after about 42 times my team organized the seminar, this one feels so different for me, I think many people who attended the seminar had the same feeling too.
This time our guest speaker is from Australia, he is young international speaker, and great motivator, actually this is the second time he talk in Indonesia, but yesterday he came with different way to bring motivation to the atendance, its great, he change the stage into a rock show…whew…what a surprise..
Friday afternoon he came to me to do the reherseal first, he wants me to prepare a set of drums, an electric guitar, and a saxophone, he is a perfectionist guy, that’s make me nervous dealing with the event this time, I must be so carefull with everything he ask me to do, the point is he wants to play the “ band” in the middle of the topic he brought us in saturday night,. I feels like being an Event Organizer of a rock star yesterday. Yes..I think he is more like rock star then a motivator, how come a motivator wants to show up at the stage with Rolling Stone’s music and electric guitar plays..Whoaa…I think he is so cool guys....but I like the way he motivate people in his own way, The reason why he want this seminar different is that he wants to show us that being different is nice, stop worrying what people think about you,..as long as you have the right path to the success, just do it….
That’s why I love my job, because here I’m dealing with great people with their great achievements in life, how they make other people learn something from their word, how their word makes other people feel so powerful, and have a different mindset to look at their lifes…
Spectacular show….thats what the attendance tells us yesterday,…thanks God everything doing fine, eventought i forgot one of the video and makes a lot of people panic, and that’s why they call me “ Mr. Panic” yesterday…
